Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, the tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address you provide with your order. These tracking numbers will come from either UPS or Fed-Ex, not from D&R Sports.

Shipping And Handling

We ship by UPS, Federal Express and United States Postal Service. All UPS and Fed Ex orders must have a physical street address as they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Most orders are shipped within 3-4 days. Shipping times vary from 7-10 days, depending on which part of the country you live. Hazardous Materials will be charged an additional $20.00 hazardous fee up to 60 lbs..Anything over 60 lbs will be charged an additional $20.00. This includes smokeless powder, primers, and percussion caps. Powder & primers cannot be shipped in the same package, so 2 hazardous fees will apply. These materials can only by shipped via UPS Ground Service within the Continental United States. CO2 cartridges, loaded ammunition and shotshells can only be shipped within the continental United States by standard UPSGround Service. No hazardous fee applies. Firearms can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers. Please have your local dealer fax a signed copy of their license to 570-735-8010 along with a reference to your name and model of firearm you are ordering. Please note some muzzleloading firearms now require an FFL. For International Orders: All optics are shipped by Express International so that tracking numbers can be provided. If you order by Priority International your order will be switched to Express International and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Please note: The US State Department now requires a commerce license for shipping optics to certain countries. We will email the license form to you to fill out, once this is done, we then submit it to our state department for approval. Once the license has been approved, your optics will be shipped. This process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks. You may email us to ask if your country requires this license. We are not permitted to ship bullets, unprimed brass, primers, powder, gun cleaners or magazines outside of the continental United States.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5-7 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders delivered within Pennsylvania, 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be applied.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in the original packaging, and original condition in which it was received.

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Before returning any item, please call us at 570-735-1752 or email us at mkomoroski@aol.com for a Return Authorization number. This number is to be written on the outside of the package. Please send a copy of your original invoice with your reason for return or exchange. Please be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached if we have any questions concerning your return. All returns should be wrapped securely and prepaid.
