The next business day after your order was securely placed, our customer service representatives retreive the product(s) from one of our two warehouses and get it ready for shipment.

How are products delivered to me?

Our products are shipped through UPS or USPS. All international shipments are through USPS Priority Mail International.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after your item was delivered to your doorstep.
